I would propose weekly training rides on the C & O Canal towpath.

I could lead rides the following dates:

Sat. 3/22 9 AM 20 miles-meet at Shepherdstown Large Parking lot near RR trestle

Sat 3/29 9 AM 30 miles- meet at Brunswick

Sat 4/5 9 AM 40 miles

Sat 4/12 or Sun 4/13 I am unavailable either day

Fri 4/18 9 AM 50 miles

Sat 4/26 9 AM 60 miles

All Winchester Wheelmen members are welcome. Pace will be 10-12 mph. Distances are flexible due to the out and back nature of each ride. Direction will be determined by the group; I always like to ride into the wind out and with the wind back, but that is not always possible! Please reply if you are planning to attend. I will make a separate post each week with the details for each ride.
