Mobility and Stability part 2
This class will build on the information we went over in the last class however, you can still come if you missed it. The goal is to give you a sequence of things (the bare minimum ) to do during the peak riding season to avoid the accumulation of tightness and weakness that can lead to injury.
Please bring a long foam roller, a small loop band, a band with handles if you have one, a mat, light dumb bells if you have some, if you have a kettle bell that’d be nice to bring also but don’t worry if you don’t.
It is fine if you don’t have any of these things, you can learn what to do if you had them and I will have options that require no toys at all.
